Sarah, you see, if you lived back up north around my territory, and your old stomping grounds, you would not have to worry about these things (ice storms maybe, but not falling palm trees). The same thing happened to my daughter in Kansas recently except the tree fell all around her automobile when she wanted it to fall on the old clunker so she could get a replacement. Such is life.
