If you are not of a certain generation you will have no understanding of the relevance of the headline above, but John Dean, who 30 years ago loomed large in the public conciousness, has written a column for FindLaw about the issues surrounding the (unconstitutional?) implementation of the new Medicaid rules, aka the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005.
